1. Everything Is Delivered Digitally

GenuineKeys365 sells digital software licenses only. When you place an order, you are not buying a physical box or disc — you receive a genuine product key (and, where relevant, a download link) by email. There is no courier, no tracking number, and no waiting for a parcel to arrive.

Because the product is digital, delivery is not tied to your location. Customers anywhere in the world receive their keys the same way and in the same timeframe.

2. How Delivery Works

1. You complete checkout and confirm the email address for delivery.
2. We send your license by email — your product key plus a short guide on how to activate it.
3. You activate using our Setup Guide, and the license activates through Microsoft’s own servers.

A copy of your key is also saved to your account, so you can view past orders any time from your order history.

3. Delivery Timeframes

• Card & PayPal: Typically delivered instantly, within a few minutes of payment.
• Cryptocurrency (USDT): Delivered once the transaction is confirmed on the network, usually within a short time of sending.
• Manual review: On rare occasions an order is checked for fraud protection. If this happens, delivery may take a little longer and our team will keep you informed.

In the vast majority of cases your key is waiting in your inbox before you finish making a coffee.

4. Haven’t Received Your Key?

If your email hasn’t arrived within a few minutes, please:

• Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders
• Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout
• Add support@genuinekeys365.com to your contacts so our emails aren’t filtered
• Check your order history, where your key is also stored

Still nothing? Contact us with your order details and we’ll resend your key right away. We never leave an order undelivered.

5. No Physical Shipping

We do not ship physical products, so there are no shipping charges, customs fees, or delivery delays. This keeps prices low and delivery immediate. If you specifically need physical media, Microsoft licenses can be used to create your own installation media using the free official tools linked in our setup guide.
